SEA Account Sales

Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia

(Sr.)Account Sales will manage sales efforts to include new customer acquisition, sales strategy and execution and new channel acquisition, development and joint GTM success. You will work closely with regional team to define the your short and long term sales strategy. The position is measured by, and expected to achieve all agreed upon new sales goals for the assigned territory.


Sales & Direct Accounts
  • Identify customer prospects and targets
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic sales plans
  • Accountable for personal sales & regional quotas based on corporate revenue goals
  • Personally engage in key account sales, gather and feedback customer requirements, have concept of solution design and work with solution engineer to create solution and maintain ongoing customer success
  • Develop and actively maintain sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business
  • Measure and report results of sales and plan execution
Channel Development
  • Identify and develop new channels to meet the evolving needs of Gorilla customers and product portfolio
  • Responsible for establishing, and maintaining quarterly goals and pipeline with strategic partners including ISV's, Resellers, and Systems Integrators
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in developing and managing channel relationships (brokers and consultants) to drive meaningful sales outcomes
Product & Marketing
  • Be knowledgeable about the solution and products you are responsible for and the market which you sell into including customer vertical and competitive environment
  • Manage efforts to build and maintain Gorilla's company brand, establishing our position in the market
  • Collaborate with sales, products, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in video surveillance/ cyber security sector is a plus
  • 6+ years documented experience in enterprise software sales or business technology products and services
  • Experienced in software and hardware solution bundling and cloud services
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
