Gorilla Technology Unveils Celebrity Face Database Solution at NAB Show 2017

Gorilla Technology, a provider of video intelligence and IoT technology, will be presenting its Celebrity Face Database solution at NAB Show 2017, Las Vegas Convention Center, Booth #SU 6105 (South Upper Hall), from April 24-27. Gorilla will be demonstrating its latest Celebrity Face Database, which includes over 50,000 facial data, to help enterprises maximize opportunities and monetize content.

The Celebrity Face Database is Gorilla’s latest initiative aimed at providing a more complete and smarter video IoT platform. With Gorilla’s flexible cloud solution, the Celebrity Face Database can be integrated to media asset management platforms. The database enables cutting-edge facial recognition technology for media asset applications, providing greater workflow efficiency with people tagging.

At the NAB Show, Gorilla will be showcasing its latest developments and media solutions:

  • AI-Enabled Celebrity Face Database Identify people in video scenes using AI-based people tagging and export metadata enrichment for post-production. Easily integrate with social media platforms, IMDb, and Wikipedia.
  • Real-Time Feed Curiosity Allow viewers to intuitively learn about movie stars, artists, athletes, and politicians, while watching TV or browsing through videos on YouTube or Facebook.
  • Engaging Advertising Stream Improve the content viewing experience and capture audience’s attention by allowing content providers such as broadcasters, OTT vendors, and video hosting platforms to deliver engaging ads to create new revenue streams.
